Delivery (Marketing) Department — Full-time — Associate

Job Description

Study design briefs and determine requirements
Conceptualize and execute tailored e-commerce content based on requirements
Create digital images, infographics, packaging design, product rendering, brochures, and other graphic artworks needed for marketing collaterals using Adobe design software
Schedule projects and ensure deadlines are met
Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
Work with Copywriters and Creative Manager to produce the final design
Run polls to determine the best design output to use
Manage and delegate responsibilities to other designers and provide directions
Performs quality control check on all creative output before passing them to the Creative Manager for final approval
Test graphics across various media
Amend designs after feedback
Ensures the consistency and quality of design work
Researches and apply the latest trends in graphics, colors, fonts and keep up-to-date with the latest e-commerce creative techniques
Builds and maintains a library of design resources such as photos, fonts, and other design elements
Establish best practices for file organization and file naming conventions

Job Requirements

Mastery of design software and technologies (such as Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign; Premiere Pro is a plus)
A strong portfolio showing creative, design, and software skills
Ability to deliver highly creative and engaging graphic design/artwork
Ability to evaluate choices critically, with the customer needs in mind
A keen eye for aesthetics and details
Accuracy and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills – to clearly communicate design concepts
Ability to execute multiple tasks, projects, and assignments effectively with superior time management skills
Ability to work methodically, meet deadlines, and work under pressure
Ability to work in a team, but also work independently
Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus
2-4 years of experience in graphic design
