Graphic Specialist
Delivery (Marketing) Department — Full-time — Team Lead/Supervisor
Job Description
- Generate clear ideas and concepts in tandem with the content writers
- Produce sketches, storyboard, roughs to visualize ideas
- Understand marketing initiatives, strategic positioning, and target audience
- Work closely with the rest of the creative team across different types of media
- Analyzes reports and translates them to actionable insights that will improve the page/session, click-through rate, and conversion rate of all products managed by the Company
- Run and analyze image research polls to determine the best images to use against the competition to increase audience share of the products managed
- Delegate responsibilities to other designers and provide directions
- Performs quality control check on all creative output before passing them to the Creative Manager for final approval
- Handle multiple accounts as needed
- Present creative ideas to the Creative Manager and Head of Marketing
- Ensure platform compliance for all creative output
- Stay on top of all trends and maintain best practices
- Evaluate trends, assess new data, and keep up-to-date with the latest e-commerce creative techniques.
- Keep abreast with the various e-commerce platforms when it comes to content and creative trends
- Others, as assigned
Job Requirements
- Mastery of design software and technologies (such as Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere, and After Effects)
- A strong portfolio showing creative, design, and software skills
- Ability to deliver highly creative and engaging graphic design/artwork
- Ability to evaluate choices critically, with the customer needs in mind
- A keen eye for aesthetics and details
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills – to clearly communicate design concepts
- Ability to execute multiple tasks, projects, and assignments effectively with superior time management skills
- Ability to work methodically, meet deadlines, and work under pressure
- Ability to work in a team, but also work independently
- Degree in Design, Fine Arts, or related field is a plus
- 4- 6 years of experience in a design agency is a plus
- Experience working in e-commerce is a plus, but not required
