Job Description

  • This is a player-coach role in terms of still managing a few key client relationships while leading, coaching, hiring, and motivating the client success team
  • Regular reporting & analysis – pull and organize reporting & KPIs to develop data-backed actionable insights internally and externally, such as campaign performance, sales growth, etc.
  • Grow client accounts – manage and grow client eCommerce accounts through rigorous planning and execution across all Amazon sales levers – content, advertising, inventory management, customer service
  • Regularly meet and communicate with clients – you will serve as the main point of contact for clients; you are expected to communicate with them weekly and monthly
  • Execute on marketing plans through internal teams – you will be coordinating with internal resources to get projects and initiatives completed for client accounts; you must be highly organized and know how to navigate the organization effectively
  • Troubleshoot issues and devise solutions – you will run into issues frequently and as a result, need to know how to identify and solve complex issues through the resources at your disposal

Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of analytical client account management experience
  • Prior experience working with Amazon is required
  • Very detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Adaptable and fast learner — must be comfortable with the constantly changing world of eCommerce and Amazon
  • Demonstrated experience as an effective team member who can be relied on to take initiative with solving problems
  • Strong analytical skills — must be very comfortable with excel and gathering insights from sets of data
  • Must have a strong sense of drive to get things done on time
