Delivery (Marketing) Department — Full-time — Team Lead/Supervisor

Job Description

  • Generate clear ideas and concepts in tandem with the content writers
  • Produce sketches, storyboard, roughs to visualize ideas
  • Understand marketing initiatives, strategic positioning, and target audience
  • Work closely with the rest of the creative team across different types of media
  • Analyzes reports and translates them to actionable insights that will improve the page/session, click-through rate, and conversion rate of all products managed by the Company
  • Run and analyze image research polls to determine the best images to use against the competition to increase audience share of the products managed
  • Delegate responsibilities to other designers and provide directions
  • Performs quality control check on all creative output before passing them to the Creative Manager for final approval
  • Handle multiple accounts as needed
  • Present creative ideas to the Creative Manager and Head of Marketing
  • Ensure platform compliance for all creative output
  • Stay on top of all trends and maintain best practices
  • Evaluate trends, assess new data, and keep up-to-date with the latest e-commerce creative techniques.
  • Keep abreast with the various e-commerce platforms when it comes to content and creative trends
  • Others, as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Mastery of design software and technologies (such as Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere, and After Effects)
  • A strong portfolio showing creative, design, and software skills
  • Ability to deliver highly creative and engaging graphic design/artwork
  • Ability to evaluate choices critically, with the customer needs in mind
  • A keen eye for aesthetics and details
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills – to clearly communicate design concepts
  • Ability to execute multiple tasks, projects, and assignments effectively with superior time management skills
  • Ability to work methodically, meet deadlines, and work under pressure
  • Ability to work in a team, but also work independently
  • Degree in Design, Fine Arts, or related field is a plus
  • 4- 6 years of experience in a design agency is a plus
  • Experience working in e-commerce is a plus, but not required
