Job Description

  • Experience with prospecting techniques, building cadences, and writing compelling messaging
  • Experience and comfort operating within CRM, Productivity, and BI tools (eg Salesforce, Close)
  • Ability to identify trends, well versed in data derived insights – eg Excel, dashboards, reports, BI tools
  • Work with business unit leaders to define departmental objectives and cascaded business unit goals
  • Ensures SLA’s are met and routinely gather feedback from internal stakeholders
  • Supporting various marketing initiatives through cross-functional collaboration with marketing and other stakeholders
  • Demonstrate behaviors that are aligned with the organization’s desired culture and values

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of recent experience in a Leads Gen or Outbound Sales role
  • Ability to coach a team and manage a team of 10+
  • B2B sales experience is required
  • Be able to motivate a team to work collaboratively and cross-functionally
