Job Description
- Experience with prospecting techniques, building cadences, and writing compelling messaging
- Experience and comfort operating within CRM, Productivity, and BI tools (eg Salesforce, Close)
- Ability to identify trends, well versed in data derived insights – eg Excel, dashboards, reports, BI tools
- Work with business unit leaders to define departmental objectives and cascaded business unit goals
- Ensures SLA’s are met and routinely gather feedback from internal stakeholders
- Supporting various marketing initiatives through cross-functional collaboration with marketing and other stakeholders
- Demonstrate behaviors that are aligned with the organization’s desired culture and values
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of recent experience in a Leads Gen or Outbound Sales role
- Ability to coach a team and manage a team of 10+
- B2B sales experience is required
- Be able to motivate a team to work collaboratively and cross-functionally
