Job Description

  • Improve our hiring process to be able to consistently hire 90% A-players and ensure a fantastic candidate experience across a global talent pool
  • Cultivate a collaborative, dynamic, accountable, respectful & high-performance culture that lives our company values
  • Create effective compensation, onboarding, recognition, career progression, training, and development programs to provide our dream team with the best possible work environment
  • Standardize our performance management and evaluations process across the business
  • Develop, lead, and manage a best-in-class HR team that supports and encourages high performance
  • Partner with the senior leadership team to establish an HR strategic vision and plan needed to drive the business forward
  • Challenge our current business practices and level of execution to improve business performance
