Most clients see the performance fee offset by growth within the first 90 days.

How the 5% performance fee works

When we take over your account, we establish a baseline — the monthly revenue your Amazon business is doing at the point we start managing it. This number is agreed upon upfront and doesn't change.

The 5% fee applies only to revenue above that baseline. If we don't grow your sales, you don't pay a performance fee. If we grow your monthly revenue by $100,000, the performance fee is $5,000 — on top of the $6,000 base retainer.

This structure exists because we believe in our work enough to tie our income to your results. We're not interested in collecting a retainer while your account plateaus. We win when you win.

Frequently Asked Questions

The base retainer reflects the minimum account size where we can meaningfully move the needle. We work with brands doing at least $30,000/month in Amazon revenue — below that threshold, the economics don’t work well for either side.

We set the baseline at the average monthly Amazon revenue from the 90 days immediately before we take over management. This is documented in your agreement so there’s no ambiguity.

We ask for an initial 90-day period to show results. After that, agreements are month-to-month. We’d rather keep clients because we’re performing than because of a contract.
