MarketplaceOps may integrate with third-party services, APIs, or platforms. Use of third-party platforms may also be subject to those providers' separate terms and privacy policies. MarketplaceOps is not responsible for service interruptions or operational issues caused by third-party providers.

MarketplaceOps implements reasonable safeguards designed to protect operational and platform-related data. However, no system or internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure. Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their own devices, credentials, and authorized access.

5. Service Availability

MarketplaceOps may modify, restrict, maintain, suspend, or update services without prior notice where reasonably necessary. We aim to minimize disruptions and will communicate planned maintenance where feasible.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MarketplaceOps shall not be liable for:
